We know that in Life, some sort of preparation or “training” is required to accomplish your goals. All physical endeavors whether being sports, or not, require some form of preparation to be successfully completed. We know that every individual has different goals, aspirations, physical abilities and mental capacities. And that every situation presents its own idiosyncrasies, so it’s agreeable and understood that Life is very complex. At CrossFit Hi Definition we recognize this and put our best foot forward to try our hardest to help you excel as an athlete. The hours you will spend with us will hone your abilities and systems into efficient beings. Mental clarity amasses, strength and courage ensues, confidence may soar, and energy levels swell, while every workout leaves you humbled. And when you achieve the goal set, you become accomplished, successful. Now the key to being a success is to set a new goal and keep achieving. Keep trying your hardest and pushing forward on this path of Life. This Journey that we are on is what’s important. It’s what matters. We aren’t here very long, so don’t wait for anything. It’s important to strive for your goals. There may be no better way to Live Life. Think about it. If you aren’t using the systems that you were born with, if you aren’t “exercising” your natural born abilities, some believe that you aren’t living. You’re merely existing. Now, what good is that?
Pushing y our personal limits past your comfort zone, to the “breaking point” develops compassion and teaches you the most. When you face your fears and hurdle your inhibitions, when you know in your soul that you’ve reached your limit, your mind can continue. And the body will follow the mind, without the prejudice of your consciousness, raw human experience exhumes. Meaningful achievement takes time, dedication, perseverance, patience, and self awareness. The path to success is punctuated by failure, consolidation and renewed effort. Enjoy it till the end.
CrossFit is a highly adaptable and ever evolving strength and conditioning program which yields elite levels of health and fitness. CrossFit benefits all ages and abilities because the goal here is simple; be as fit as possible. The training is intense, efficient, functional and a lot of fun! To maximize results we suggest training 2-3 days in a row, followed by one day of rest. This ensures proper programming, progression, and recovery.

Foundations will be required for everyone before entering into group classes. In foundations you will learn proper technique and form for the 9 essential movements that you will perform in our workouts.Read More
